This week, on Tea with Robin, I discuss the energy of enthusiasm. It's okay to be an enthusiastic person even though this energy is not always welcome in the world. It is so necessary for us to allow it to flow because that's the energy that connects us to our highest light and is a natural reminder that we are worthy and welcome in the world. This week's inspiration is a practice. Our letter comes from a friend who's felt some energy about going back to old habits and her take on finding gratitude for all the good coming from this.
